SEBI vide its circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/655 dated 3rd November 2021 and SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January 2022 has introduced common and simplified norms for processing investor's service request by RTAs.
All holders of physical securities of the Company are requested to mandatorily furnish/ update the following documents / details with the RTA i.e. Link Intime India Private Limited before 1st April 2023, failing which all the incomplete folios of such shareholders shall be frozen:
- i. PAN
- ii. Nomination
- iii.Contact Details including Postal address with PIN code, Mobile Number, E-mail address
- iv. Bank Account details including Bank name and branch, Bank account number, IFS code
- v. Specimen Signature
