KYC DETAILS
For the attention of shareholder holding shares in Physical form:
SEBI vide its circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/655 dated 3rd November 2021 and SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January 2022 and subsequent notifications through SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated 16th March 2023 and SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2023/158 dated 26th September 2023 has introduced common and simplified norms for processing investor's service request by RTA which mandates furnishing of following documents to RTA of the Company i.e. Link Intime India Private Limited before 31st December, 2023.
i. PAN
ii. Nomination
iii.Contact Details including Postal address with PIN code, Mobile Number, E-mail address
iv. Bank Account details including Bank name and branch, Bank account number, IFS code
v. Specimen Signature
